ISO Order Portal

About ISO Order Portal

An accredited certification body working online from Dubai, for organisations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the wider Gulf.

What we do

We are a certification body. We audit management systems against ISO standards and, where they meet the requirements, issue accredited certificates that appear on the IAF CertSearch registry.

We have been doing this since 2015, from Al Garhoud in Dubai, and the whole process runs online — the application, the document exchange, the audit scheduling and the certificate itself. That is not a convenience feature. It is what lets an organisation in Riyadh or Kuwait City be certified without flying anyone anywhere.

What we deliberately are not

We are not consultants, and we do not build your management system for you. A certification body that also sells you the system it then audits has a conflict of interest, and accreditation rules exist precisely to prevent it.

This occasionally disappoints people who want one supplier for everything. It is the reason the certificate is worth holding.

If you need help building the system, engage a consultant. Then have someone independent audit it. The separation is the product.

How we price

Every standard has a published annual price, visible before you speak to anyone. Most certification in this region is quoted privately, which makes comparison difficult and keeps buyers uncertain about whether they were charged fairly.

Publishing the number removes that. It also commits us: a price on a public page is harder to adjust according to how urgent a client sounds.

Accreditation

UAF and IAS are available online at fixed prices. Other internationally recognised accreditation bodies are available on request, because buyers in some sectors and some markets specify a particular one.

Whichever applies, the certificate is listed on IAF CertSearch and can be checked by anyone, in under a minute, without asking us.

Where we work

Our priority markets are the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, with the wider GCC alongside them. Those markets share a pattern: certification is usually triggered by a tender, a buyer audit or a regulator, and the deadline is someone else's.

The site is published in both English and Arabic throughout — not a translated landing page over an English product, but the same content in both languages, including the standard-by-standard guidance and the training material.

Training

We also run Lead Auditor training, delivered fully online, for the people who have to audit a management system rather than merely hold a certificate for one. In practice these are the same organisations: an internal audit that holds up is the single most common thing missing when a company turns out not to be ready.

How to reach us

Email reaches us directly, and an enquiry that names the standard, the scope and the deadline gets a useful answer faster than one that does not. If a tender specifies an accreditation body, say so at the outset — changing it after certification means a transfer, not an amendment.
