How to reach us, and what to include so the first reply is a useful one rather than a request for more information.

Email

Write to [email protected]. It reaches the team directly, and it is the fastest route for anything involving a quote, a scope question or an existing certificate.

We are based in Al Garhoud, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and work with organisations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the wider Gulf. Certification runs online, so where you are does not change how the process works.

What to include in a certification enquiry

An enquiry with these four things gets a real answer immediately. Without them, the first reply is just a list of questions, which costs you a day.

  • The standard, if you know it — or the problem you are solving, if you do not
  • The activities and sites to be covered, described the way a client would describe them
  • Roughly how many people work within that scope
  • Your deadline, and what is driving it — a tender, a client audit, a regulator or a parent company
If a tender names a specific accreditation body, say so in the first message. Changing the accreditation body after a certificate has been issued means a transfer and a fresh assessment, not an amendment.

If you already hold a certificate from us

  • Verification questions — search IAF CertSearch first; email us with the certificate number if the registry does not answer it
  • Scope changes, new sites or an additional standard — tell us before the next surveillance audit, not during it
  • Billing, renewal dates and subscription questions — your dashboard shows the current term and the next renewal date
  • Suspension or withdrawal concerns — contact us immediately; these are visible on the public registry

What happens after you write

You get either a quote or the specific questions needed to produce one. If the scope is clear, the price is the published figure for that standard; if it is not, we tell you what would change it rather than quoting a number we would later revise.

Nothing is charged until you place an order yourself. There is no deposit to reserve an audit date and no fee for asking whether you are ready — being told you are not is cheaper for both of us than a Stage 1 audit that ends early.

In Arabic or English

Write in whichever you prefer. The whole service runs in both, including the audit itself and the guidance on this site, so an Arabic enquiry does not get a shorter answer than an English one.

Complaints and appeals

If you disagree with an audit finding or a certification decision, say so in writing and it will be handled as an appeal rather than as correspondence. An accredited certification body is required to have a process for this, and it is required to be independent of the people who made the original decision.

Complaints about a certificate we issued to someone else are also taken seriously, including from buyers who believe a scope does not reflect what a supplier actually does. That is a legitimate complaint and we would rather hear it than not.

Training enquiries

For Lead Auditor training, tell us the standard and how many people you want to put through it. Course dates, duration, fees and the applicable scheme are confirmed on enquiry, so you work from a current schedule rather than from a page that may be out of date.
